Founded in 1997, in the USA, Improtec, Inc. has been involved in technology and its development from the outset. The diverse nature of technologies and development have taken us from low level aerial photography, through mineral deposit development to building and consumer products.
The products seen on our web site, all of which are patented or patent pending, are there following identification of a market opportunity or an agreement to market. In most cases we have exclusive licenses for the products.

In addition to the sales Improtec, Inc. is involved with patent development either directly or through web based subsidiaries. Many excellent patents and patent ideas fail to realize profit for their owners because they lack the business experience to take them to the next level. Improtec, Inc. will evaluate your patent and identify synergies that may give reason for a business relationship. In many cases we will carry out a patent search, such searches are conducted to determine:
- if technical developments are patentable
- to identify patents which may block the sale of products embodying new technical developments.
As you will see from our web site we are not patent attorneys, rather we develop patents either by improving on an idea, taking the product to market or both. We have business relationships with very able patent attorneys and if appropriate will introduce clients or business partners to them.
