Electric skates

It is neither the first nor will be the last, skates with electric motors we will bore you to see in the coming years, but come signed by a competent company in design and technology, not always be met. ArcaMini is called the model I teach today, with a very particular design.

Typically pull what is fashionable in this type of vehicle, which is the type long board design, but ArcaMini not have much to do with that setting long table, rather square appearance.

There is no dedicated control system for skateboard; we have to use a mobile phone to move on it, or to control it as a vehicle that can run remotely. The range can be up to 150 meters.

Particularly striking is the chain drive to the wheels, chosen from the best components for longboards. The system is 4×4, i.e. the transmission is all wheels and independently. Until they reach a combination of 3.000W.

To liven up all this there is a battery 10.000mAh giving more autonomy than an hour, or about 19 kilometers running. The maximum speed that is able to get is 20 kilometers per hour.

One of its most interesting capabilities is the power and capacity of the small ArcaMini, capable of carrying up to 120 kilos above. Skate weighs 10 kilos, mainly consisting of a steel chassis and a top made of aluminum coming from the aeronautical world. The metal makes heat dissipation out easier.

Like all such vehicles are appearing, not cheap, ArcaMini costs $695.

Space to asphalt ARCA

ARCA Space Corporation is the company behind this vehicle, carrying 17 years working in aerospace technologies and concepts, and now have taken to create gadgets that are sold to the general public.

This is not the first famous pileup that makes the company, last year taught us ArcaBoard, a flying skateboard that costs $20,000. In it there were 36 electric fans that made us levitate a few feet off the ground, but the reality is that it was not a very interesting product for the general public, mainly because of its price.
